Advancing Leaders, an inspiring leadership�program from Water for Life.

Applications�have now closed for the Advancing Leaders program.

Advancing Leaders is an innovative program focusing on developing the skills and capabilities of water or sustainability education professionals to enhance their capacity in leading practice project delivery and their potential to be the leaders of tomorrow.

The program has been developed in close consultation with prominent relevant associations and leaders in the education for sustainability field. The program aims to enhance the following participant capabilities:�

project management and planning
leading practice project design, delivery and evaluation
achieving results
communication and interpersonal effectiveness
organisational support facilitating workforce effectiveness
leadership
strategic thinking and planning

The program is run as a short course with activities spread over nine months and structured to achieve a balance between theory and practical experience. It involves inspirational and high level guest speakers, practical examples and case studies and an opportunity to extend networks and partnership opportunities.
