Climate Change Fund
The NSW Government's Climate Change Fund was established in July 2007 to help households, schools, business and government save water, energy and greenhouse gas emissions.
The Climate Change Fund includes:
- $30 million Public Facilities program
- $20 million School Energy Efficiency program
- $150 million for programs under the NSW Energy Efficiency Strategy.
The Climate Change Fund also supports the Water for Life Education Program, which includes community campaigns, innovative on-the-ground water education projects and training and resources as part of the NSW Government’s plan to secure Sydney’s water supplies.
The Fund is administered by the Office of Environment and Heritage. To find out more, visit the Office of Environment and Heritage website or call the Environment Line on 1300 361 967.
